There seem to be much confusion related to the writings of the Apostle Paul. Let's examine Romans 10:4 and Romans 2:13—
First - Romans 10:4, KJV—
For Christ is the end of the LAW for righteousness to everyone that believeth.
—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
Romans 10:4 suggests that the Law ended with Christ.
lets take a look at Romans 2:13, same author Paul
Romans 2:13— KJV— For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified.
—————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
It doesn't take a genius to see the contadiction in these two verses by the same author. Why would Paul tell us that the Law ended with Christ and then confuse us by telling us to keep it? let's analyse,
The word translated 'END' in Romans 10:4, as well as Revelation 22:12 is word #5056, from Strong's Greek Dictionary and means to set out for a definite point or goal; prop. the point aimed at as a limit, ultimate or prophetic, purpose.
The correct translation of Romans 10:4 based on Strong's Greek Dictionary.
Romans 10:4 — BOY -
For Yahshua is the ultimate result of keeping the Law unto righteousness for everyone who believes.
I hope this helps your understanding. Please note, I am not advocating that everyone should abandon their believe to follow mine, not at all. I've learned alot from this forum. Therefore, If our Heavenly Father blesses me with knowledge worth sharing, I will.
