There has been alot of changes and additions the the Forums on SermonIndex in this last month.1. There is a NEW forum section called: Praying for Revival - "Rend the heavens and come down"The idea behind this forum is to discuss and encourage action towards experiencing revival in your own lifes and the life of the church and communities around you.There is a thread called: JOIN in praying for REVIVAL NOW! where you can commit to pray for Revival for 30 minutes a day by posting your name.From time to time there will be encouraging articles posted about revival. and old accounts of revival also.2. There is another NEW section called: Book Reviews/Recom. - Discuss and comment on various Chrisitan books..Where there will be reviews of some awesome Christian books. feel free to post replies on the books you have read and share your input and experiences.3. Another NEW section is: Church History Where you can discuss about alot of the old Church fathers and movements. Discussing the developement of Church doctrines, creeds, denominations, etc.4. Another NEW section is: Doctrines of the Bible - Simple explanations and discussions about doctrine. I will try and post alot of simple but great resources there. I encourage discussion on these matters, but more to an understanding of how all the doctrines fit into the bible as a whole. It's far to easy to single out one paticular doctrine and discuss it until its out of aspect w/ the rest of scriptures.5. The last NEW forum is called: Miracles that follow the plow - The purpose of this thread is to share with others the workings of the Lord in your life. Plain and simple, just share a testimony of something that the Lord has done for you, through you, or that you were a witness of. Share how God is renewing your heart and life day by day! ;-) I am always open to any ideas about the forums, and suggestions to make it a better community experience.
