My existence is a small part of the result of the establishment of millions of supernatural processes at the time of creation. First of all, earth was formed with just enough gravitational attraction to hold all forms of life, and all of the lightest molecules and atomic structures necessary to sustain life on earth.
Light was created. The light that was introduced to this section of the universe was precisely the kind of light that would be adequate to sustain life. Had it been similar to microwaves, this part of the universe would only be one big oven cooking everything near it.
A blanket of gases in PERFECT proportions was wrapped around this planet. That blanket of gases was especially designed to keep tons of water up high above the earth's surface yet to permit that water to fall to the earth's surface in adequate proportions for the natural processes that would sustain life.
A series of complicated laws of physics was then set in motion to bring about a separation between land, salt water, and fresh water on earth's surface. Then, millions of uniquely different forms of plant life were placed throughout those separations of land, fresh water, and salt water. They were created with distinct processes that would maintain the gas mixture in the blanket of gases that would make it possible for animal life. They were also created with food properties to nourish the animal life that would be introduced.
Other heavenly structures were formed namely the sun, moon, and stars and assigned varying degrees of light in relation to earth that would establish a specific process so that life could be sustained perpetually on earth. Those structures were set in motion at varying speeds to keep a perfect system going that would maintain a setup on planet earth conducive to life.
All of the unique forms of aquatic life were created with varying abilities and functions in a setup that would interdependently support other life forms. Birds of all kind were introduced to the planet.
All other forms of animal life were placed on earth from insects to reptiles, beasts of all kinds from the tiniest to the monstrous.
Man was then created. As with all of the other life forms, our bodies were created as a series of complicated processes that have to work perfectly together for our lives to continue to exist. Each microscopic cell in our complicated bodies was hardwired with a set of complicated instructions that scientists call DNA. In order for each cell to be produced and function differently from other cells in the body, the sets of instructions within the cells are uniquely different.
All of the different life forms on the planet are interdependent. Without each life form fulfilling its perfectly designed function, other life forms would cease to exist.
This perfect creation was the setting forth of millions of miracles. It was the establishment of a continuation of millions of repeated miracles and thus our healthy existence! Deterioration and death was a process set forth or initiated by the introduction of sin into the world which goes against the miracle process which was initiated at creation. God oversees and governs and allows both processes. We are in the middle. He permits each step of each process in each creature.
For in him we live, and move, and have our being; …. Acts 17:28
Humans who have chosen to participate in the Creator’s plan of redemption come to know an intimate relationship with Him. Often we pray and the Creator grants what we label: a miracle. Most of the time that which we label “a miracle” is nothing more than His granting of a temporary reversal of that second adverse process. The ordinary process that we live in and take for granted is the miracle process!
