An Interesting Observation

sermonindex Feb 8, 2012

I find it interesting that when a brother from India comes under criticism the thread is locked down almost immediately. Yet when a brother from Iran who is imprisoned for his faith and awaiting execution is criticised and condemned the thread continues for days. Makes one wonder?

Wonder? Wonder what?

Well it's obvious that someone is prejudiced against Indians... and loves Iranians.

C'mon, I'm sure the mods have good reason to have done whatever it is they did in regards to whatever it is you are complaining about.

Only thing interesting in this observation is, believers are still classifying one another by their nationality, instead of being united in 1 spirit and considering everyone as brothers.

Brothers and Sisters,

I would ask that you would not start threads on this dicsussion board that from its inception will lead to division, arguing, backbitting and accusing others. If there was a decision made on the forums by a moderator that you do not agree with one of the best options would be to pray to the lord about it or and send a message to the moderator to share kindly your disagreeance with it.

And even better yet to trust the Lord's work to those who have been given that call and to be more busy with the work we have all be given to do for His kingdom. We all fail in many ways and though the bible calls us to not show favoritism at all but there are times to share burdens brothers have more then others.

Every thread that begins on this site we pray will have a good eternity view in mind and impact and we ask that some disagreements would not be voiced publically on this site so when people come to SermonIndex they will see saints from all different parts of the work and denominations agreeing more then disagreeing on majors and not minors.

May God give us unity in His love for each other and may we lay aside some of our disagreements to focus more on the great and large things we have to agree upon.

By Gods grace the forums can be filled with the latter!
