Psalm 22:9-21
Genesis 39; Matthew 13:47-58
A shoot shall come out from the stump of Jesse, and a branch shall grow
out of his roots. Isaiah 11:1
Christ says, "I am the vine, you are the branches. Those who abide in me
and I in them bear much fruit, because apart from me you can do
nothing." John 15:5
Creator God, thank you for the earthly lineage of our Lord Jesus Christ!
As we study his life's journey, may his words abide within us as we
gather fruits worthy to be harvested in his kingdom! Amen.
