internet filters

I know that a person can filter what is allowed to be viewed through a computer. Companies can do this, and even countries do this. Though I don't understand exactly how they do this, it probably has something to do with that free internet everyone gets- provided by the one company available- the government.
I am not very computer savvy, so if you do answer, please keep your answer elementary.
This site as well as many sites that offer sound teaching are inaccessible in certain regions. My question is, is there a way, to get out of the radar?

Greg I think he's looking for software that can circumvent filters to make sites like this one accessible in areas of the world where it may be blocked.

There is satellite internet access.

Thank you. I have enjoyed these sermons for some time now! I have been incredibly blessed by hearing these sermons. In fact, at one time I was pretty bewildered that I wasn't hearing anywhere the things that God was speaking to me, but was led to find wonderful comfort and encouragement through sermons on this site.
I know some that gather for fellowship and use the sermons posted here as part of their church service.
I thank God for this site, and have thanked God for you immensely because discernment has been given and exercised as to what text, video and audio sermons have been posted. Many sites are willing to be a platform for anyone speaking the name of Jesus.
