Abdulaziz ibn Abdullah Al al-Sheikh, the highest religious authority in Saudi Arabia, told members of a terrorist group that it is "necessary to destroy all the churches in the Arabian Peninsula." Non-Islamic places of worship were banned long ago and non-Muslims are prohibited from entering Mecca or Medina. The grand mufti claims that the authority for such action comes from Muhammad who is quoted as saying, "Two religions shall not coexist in the Arabian Peninsula."

Pray that those practicing fundamentalist Islam will be reconciled with God through Jesus Christ.
Pray that God's kingdom will grow abundantly in Saudi Arabia despite the desire for Islamists to burn down churches.
Pray for Christians around the world to speak out against what Abdullah wants to do.
