What exactly is this Keswick thing? I recently noticed that there is a Keswick christian school in St. Petersburg. I have heard this word on occasion but never bothered to look into it.

I did a google search and all I have found so far is that it looks like it is something along the lines of pentecostalism and looking for a deeper journal in the Spirit, maybe along the lines of the baptism of the Spirit or the gifts of the Spirit or something in this area.

Can you give me a link to explain what exactly this is and why it is called Keswick? Why is this so important anyway? I just want to expand my little knowledge base.

I have enjoyed hearing brother David Ford's vision to start a keswick convention in his area and I have seen this vision come to a reality and now to be a convention next month. I encourage you if you are in that area to consider coming out for the meetings. The message of keswick has been embraced and lived out in so many lives of famous christians including: Watchman Nee, Hudson Taylor, CT Studd, and many others.
