Mission Board

Brothers and Sister,
I have felt to be called to head up a Mission Board in my church. Unfortunately, we do not have one right now. I have been deeply impressed by Him about Missions and currently waiting on my second trip to Africa.

I am having trouble finding policies and procedures in the context of Mission Boards. Any help would be appreciated.
