What makes a good pastor

And no this isn't a loaded question... I just want to know what does a good sheperd look like. There are times on SI where we see bad pastors flogged publicly most of the time the actual person doesn't know such a flogging occured. But with the Negative I thought it would be wise to hash out What does it take to be a good pastor.
