Daily Readings with Basilea Schlink - August 8

You see where humanity is heading. The threat of a nuclear war and large-scale destruction hangs over the world because of humanity’s sins. But your loving Father in heaven tells you in His Word that He is ‘a shield to those who walk in integrity... preserving the way of his saints’.

He will make a path in the mighty waters for His saints, His chosen ones. He will lead them safely through fire, for they are precious in His sight and are in His care. For your part, make sure that you really belong to Him.

Hm, now isn't this one something - knowing the News from the Middle East.

I follow this and the Moravian Devotional pretty much every day and look up the Scriptures that are given with them and many times, the devotional for that day is actually, for 'that' day.
Has anyone else noticed this?
