hi, we ended every service with this for a year or two as adults. we also sang another called david danced before the Lord.jimp and still singing about the joy of the Lord 50 years and counting.

Yes indeed, His joy is worth fighting for. I can't recall ever being happy for so long. Hmmm.. how many hours already, LOL.

I can't believe it. I finally begin to understand what it really means that the joy of the Lord is my strength (Nehemiah 8:10). You know, you always say it to help you during the down times etc, but when you finally realize it (God given realization. Just like when God can cause you to forgive instantly all your enemies/hurts), wow, just wow! I know some may not understand what exactly I'm saying, but it doesn't matter. I'm just too happy and I know Jesus is happy too. Thank you Father.

I know I still have a long way to go in the joy, but I'm grateful for whatever He has shown me. :)
