After my prayer time at 4 A.M., I had my devotions and scriptures for the morning. I then drove my sister to her job and dropped her off. On the way home, alone, I decided to pop in my Bible on tape...and I listened to the scriptures where God is talking to Moses. As I listened I started thinking about who God is and how much he loves us. God knew the hardness of mankind's heart and how wicked it is. He knew that men would pick apart his instructions and gave them to Moses in the finest detail so to save people from dying like Aaron's two sons did. I have never heard anyone pick apart the instructions that God gave Moses. Looks like God is way smarter than the Devil's advocates....the negative, hateful, egotist people who claim to be "Christian" and are wolves in sheep's clothing.But what was more amazing....I noticed I was driving slower and did not care in the slightest. I just wanted to hear more and the longer it took to get to my destination the longer I could listen to God's part being read. Usually people (and so did I for along time) think that these parts of the Old Testament were not for us and boring. How wrong I was!I guess you could say I am Lost in Love while listening to what God had to say and how it tells a lot about him and his love towards us! Then and now!Never let your heart keep away from your first love in God. Revival...a changing of attitude.Remember when you were first saved and how exciting it all was?!! Capture it again! Meet God and bring all the baggage to him and leave it there.....bring out of it your first love!Lost in Love!PJ
