When I read this I got from it: " The flesh is corruptable & everything we do in the flesh is corrupt & not of the spirit which is faith."

Which tells me that it is not accepted because it is not of faith. Compare that to Cain's sacrifice being rejaceted & Abel's being accepted.

It is impossible to please God without faith....
