Submitting to an unbelieving husband

I so appreciate the good biblical teaching here. Have been blessed and learned much. I was wondering if someone could please direct me to some instruction on being a godly wife to an unbelieving husband. I know I shall stand some day before the Lord, I want to be obedient to His will and know that I did everything possible to help my husband find salvation. I love my husband and do not want to hinder him in any way coming to the Lord. Are there any sisters here who have an unbelieving husband? Or maybe give me some godly Councel on the subject? I would be very grateful...

I will be willing to pray with you & encourage you along this journey.

Some days are surely harder than others.
Satan always seeks to destroy our witness.
Sometimes it seems he succeeds.
But truly w/o a doubt & in eternal truth He that is in us is greater then he that is in the world. This includes us, :)
My husband is a believer.
But he has some issues he hasn't totally laid down.
It just hasn't come to him yet what, why & how.
I too like you am willing to stand in the gap praying over him & for him and truly loving him.
We've been together almost 30 yrs now.
He came from a very verbally/physically abused home. His papa was also a womanizer & scemed on women till he passed. His papa was a faithful church goer. And I SAW God move on that man time & time again. And also save his life betimes.
I only share this b/c I believe I am fighting strongholds.
OK then > God is awesomely greater > & He lives in me & you.
So, we got this.
Faith is the victory.
Obedience is better than sacrifice.
Pray w/o ceasing > this is how I have been reminded lately to do that again. By talking to them & the Lord practically simutaneously.
But only Jesus hears. It helps me work it out when the going is tough.
Here is a great secret in replying in love, or Not but praying in love, the jabs get lost & forgotten in the conversation with Jesus!!! The next thing you know His spirit is on the scene, nobody knows anything about what the intentional jab (by the enemy the devil) was all about, and peace/love returns.
