Small Group Resource Help!

Hey Everyone,

Currently I am leading a Christian group on my university campus. There are around 30 ppl in the group. The group consists of very new Christians that come from a church background, some seekers and some people who I am not sure if they are truly converted as they have not shown much fruit though they profess Christ.

We have been going through a series called Gospel Centered Life for the past 4 months which covers what it really means to live a light conformed to the truths of the gospel

We are ending this series now and I am looking for something that can help the group understand what it means to live a life that is holy to the Lord and separated from the world. I feel like my group though many of them believe in the gospel don't really have that understanding and live in a lot of worldliness simply because they have not been taught.

It needs to be material that is able to get across profound convicting truths in a simple way. So that a new believer can understand.

I hope perhaps some of you can refer me to some material!

Thanks
Evangel

Dear Brother.

Great to see the Lord using you in this way. Francis Chan just came out with the multiply movement which is more for beginning work with disciples www.multiplymovement.com It can be benifical to work through an old godly book also with saints.

I have been involved in a project putting together a resource that has over 60 principles from the book of acts, and underground churches in north korea, china and iran. The book has many scripture references and is a great resource for discussion, it will not be done for another 2-3 months but will be a free eBook: www.sermonindex.net/fellowships/

May I suggest that you go through the book Ultimate Intention by DeVern Fromke, I believe it to be well suited for your purposes. There is an excellent study guide for each chapter at the end of the book, you could read through the book individually and then go through the study guides as you meet together.
