There used to be a search SI function. Is this still available?
Google search is available.
Go to google and type "sermonindex.net: 'whateveryou'relookingfor'" without the quotation marks.

Is there a way to search SI in a chronological order so that the newest additions appear on the top of the list?

Yes, there is still a search function on SI!!
Look right above the featured sermon:
CALLED TO AUTHENTIC CHRISTIANITY BY K.P. YOHANNAN
And it says Google Custom Search in the box...
