i'm sorry to post up a "cartoon", but this is so sweet, AND so true, i could not NOT share this blessing from MY childhood....i remember watching this as a five year old (1966)

We have a Hallmark ornament that plays Linas's whole speech.

Definitely a classic scene from classic TV.

On a side note, I heard a great sermon two weeks ago that expounded the significance of the "sign" given to these particular shepherds. Fascinating.
