The truth about Rick Warren

i realize you're in Sweden, i'm in Wisconsin, which is like Sweden, but better...no offense......but here's what we do, we need dried oak brush, about a pick up load, and then lets go to Tractor Supply, i have good credit there, we'll pick up a 10 foot tall metal post....then we'll drive down to this hereticks church, command him to come out, and either repent of his "wolve in sheep's skin" nature, or accept his due, which would be to get staked up, pile the oak brush at his feet, and then light a match.

thats some good ole fashioned religion there...no fooling around when it comes to those hereticks.

all kidding aside, Rick Warren has been cyber scourged innumerable times on this website, i know you got 103 posts....but isnt this the Josef that was down in Mexico for so long?

then you'd KNOW how many times Rick Warren has been taken out to the woodshed! come on brother.....instead of "sour milk", why not grace us with "meat"?

I am not advocating for Rick Warren much but many who critize him do not have much impact for Christ themselves. Rick Warren has baptized 20,000 people many of us have not baptized 2. I am not saying they are all true converts or good baptisms but surely some are in Christ.

If we are always side-tracked trying to speak against false works then we will never end up doing the true work. And if our true work is dependent on demonizing other christian works so people will finally accept our then that is not Christian or Biblical. If we have the truth, it will attract and convert people because of truths sake and because of truth alone.

I don't know much about Rick Warren but he isn't preaching the gospel in this video.

Its sad but God is sovereign over all this. He knows who are His. (and I hope I'm one)

I have no desire to bash Rick Warren or any of the other mega church pastors. But we cannot ignore a nee here. The need that tbe sheep be fed the word of God. When Bill Hybel, tbe predecessor to Rick Warren stands up and apologizes to Willow Creek that they have not taught tbe people the truth of God's word and hos to feed themselves. Then something us askew.

In the 1980's Bibke Study Fellowship was big in my area. It was not uncommon to walk into a restaurant and see people working in tbeir lessons and craving tbe pure spiritual milk. The names of J. Verne McGhee, John MacArthyr, and Chick Swindahl were honored as men who taught tbe word.

It us amazing how things change in 20 years.

Very well said dear brother, there is an apostasy from the truth in our days and we must not look to popular Christendom for the answers but the Lord Himself and the Word of God.
