How to have church without going?

Those who don't go to a typical Sunday service what do you do for you and your family? Can you actually have fellowship with your family? I don't see why you can't, the bible says to fellowship with other believers, your family can be other believers, right? Bible studies together as a family and bible studies with other friends could constitute fellowship.

Is there any special devotions or service that some do as a family unit? Ideas you might share with others that might sharpen and encourage some.

Some ideas we have done with one of my young son is a devotion we do together and we have went through some portions of the 613 Mitzvot where it talks about God and his word, that was pretty interesting and fun.

We all need to have family prayer and bible time, but i believe the Bible also teaches we need to meet with others. Now you can have church at a house or a building but the Bible makes its clear that there needs to be pastors, deacons,teacher. It would be hard for one family to meet all the needs. Another thing that seems important for me is the reason we need to meet with other people is God uses people to help us grow. We need people that rub us the wrong way just has much as the ones that gives us joy to be around every time we see them. The Fruit of Spirit like patience, self control won't be able to grow in us if we run away from people that's hard to love. God Bless You
