I have one of his sermons (I have listened to others) and have 13 of his books, and he is tremendous.Carter Conlon, the current senior pastor at Times Square Church (Wilkerson is the "founding pastor"), would also be a very good addition. I am instrested in getting Carter colon messages forsure on SermonIndex!I am putting up one sermon by John Bevere but I am not happy who Bevere is fellowshipping with these days, I think he was better off when he started his ministry. I will be quite paticular in the sermons of his I put up.
Bob Phillips, who worked with Wilkerson in the 80s also has some tremendous messages, particularly his "Blood Covenant" series.I searched for him and the first thing I found was that he preached at the brownsville revival in which I don't really agree with that much. so I am very carefull with the speakers I put on that are affliated with some movements and particular charismatic churches.
I understand your concern about Bob Phillips. I also do not agree with the Brownsville movement and have been disappointed with the company Bob has kept since leaving Times Square Church. At the same time, Bob's messages from the mid-to-to late 80s (of which I have about 25) are very, very good. They are more similar to Wilkerson's messages than to those Bob is associating with these days. It is those messages from the 80s that I was talking about (messages like "Acceptable Sacrifice," "The Book of Zephaniah," and "Famine to Feasting"). Many of these messages actually contradict the movements Bob has associated with since those days. I'm not sure how or why that happened.Anyway, it's your choice, but I thought I would clarify a little better.
hmmm sounds good I would be intrested in getting his message up on SermonIndex! Yes unforuntately alot of great men of God fall prey to bad company and occourences. Do you the 25 messages on computer or on tape?
Unfortunately, right now we only have them on tape. Fortunately, we also have a music studio and are using that to get the tapes we have into digital format. As we are able to get these done, we will let you know.

I will be quite paticular in the sermons of his I put up.Indeed, I have been personally worried by who Bevere has been fellowshipping with as well. Especially with books like "Thus Saith the Lord?" where he was a bit heavy handed with many of the "prophetic" in the charismatic movement. Some folks he hangs around with today seem to share the views he spoke against. Personally I feel Bevere has become a bit more "commercial" than he was in his earlier days.
Bevere actually started under Benny Hinn, which put an automatic red flag up pretty much from the start for me.
I will put up a few of his messages God willing in the next week, let me know what you think of them.

However, we all start somewhere. I'm sure many great preachers have started off under many preachers who are far from good examples. Then again, maybe Hinn wasn't always the way he is today. However, while reading Bevere's books over time, I've found that he has slowly and surely used Hinn's name less and less, and now just refers to him as a pastor he was under at one point in time. That is either a sign that Bevere does not approve of Hinn's ministry any more, or that Bevere was originally using Hinn's name as a way making himself known, where as today using Hinn's name would actually make him less known. I prefer to think that Bevere has gradually removed Hinn's name because he does not care to be associated with him anymore. Benny Hinn has a lot of people on his show, and TBN has featured Bevere quite a few times...but I don't see Hinn having Bevere on his program.
I have seen bevere on benny hinn's show a few times. And what about Benny Hinn? Me? I kinda like him for some silly reason. maby I feel sorry for him, maby its his funky hair? i dunno. He seems to be the most sane person out of the whole TBN bunch.I have to also say that he does know his bible quite well and I appreciate his expository sermons when I was first a christian. But now I can see some of his faults but I believe there is hope for him yet, if he would disassociate himself with alot of the TBN crowd. He condemened the Christian 'Aiport' movement in Toronto. with its barking and animal noises which he clearly stated where denomic and fleshly!

One major issue with Benny Hinn has been the fact that he has lied from the very start about his father/family. wow convicting evidence there isnt much explaining needed, its quite evident that there are some weird things going on in benny hinns head. Jesus is NOT going to appear in one of his meetings, I think it will be the antichrist or an 'antichrists' for there are many in the world (check 1 John if you are unsure of my use of the word 'antichrist' and 'antichrists').
Where/when did benny hinn disagree with the TACF?

There were some good teachers who were there from time to time. The mentioning of Times Square Church happened so many times that Wilkerson addressed the fact the he neither endorsed or apposed the revival in one of the cover letters to his newsletter. This was, of course, in the beginning of the revival. I have some of Michael Brown's books from that time and they seemed pretty decent. However, the roots of that revival were rotten from the beginning. The "Toronto Blessing" was a major inspiration to pastor Kilpatrick. He and his wife visited there to be "refreshed." It was there they received the vision for revival. (I'm not sure wich program, but I saw the interview on TBN)I know Bob Phillips has some very good stuff. I'm not sure why he went there or why he hangs out with people like that. I would wonder if he kept going there to teach after the Brownsville revival became weirder and weirder.
