Yes and in the British parliment they are discussing this issue Tomorrow with a view to introducing this into English law. Please pray that those who oppose this bill will be heard and that many more politicians will resist this change. Write to your MP before tomorrow if you can.
I have been very exercised over the last few weeks about the scripture in Isaiah 24:5.
"The earth is also defiled under it's inhabitants. Because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinances, broken the everlasting covenant."
Marriage is an ordinance of God and it is this they are seeking to change. It is a VERY serious thing when people start to change the ordinances that God established for all people for all time. Isaih verse 6 continues
"Therefore a curse has devoured the earth, and those who dwell on it are desolate. Therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men are left."
One can only wonder how this goes around the globe to attack as many nations as possible at the same time. I have to think about the children, how long does the exposure to this have to last, and will it corrupt a whole new generation?
The difference to Sodom & Gom. is, that was a local event, now it's going global since they all drink from the same glass,
