End times

Can somebody please advise of a good download for end times? I'd like to pass it on to a man who is not a Christian, but is convinced we are entering end times. I'd prefer a sermon/teaching that would cover end times but also explain the Gospel. I understand that much is down to interpretation regarding end times, but the Gospel message I would really like him to hear.
