I will pray for you. I know all to well the enemy loves to use stress, worry, and anxiety against the Lord's children but keep your focus on JESUS and trust in HIM.

Please do a little research on vitamin deficiency and panic attack. It may be as simple as taking a B-complex to calm anxiety attacks

Amen! I read yesterday were 60% of the folks that die of drug overdoses, it's from prescription drugs. I lost my X of 38 years, on Dec. 17th from a prescription drug overdose. I agree, stick with the herbal stuff. Vitamin D3 has been a miracle vitamin for me, been taking 5,000 a day for 6 months and not even a sniffle since. Praying!

I will, but over the past few years I have been going through some personal problems, which I believe has caused me to have anxiety and a mild case of depression. I thank you all for your prayers and blessings in my life. I am always praying for sermon index.

Depression is like a dark cloud over your life and I ask the Father to shine His light into your heart and dispell it. I ask that your anxiety gives way to a peace that passes understanding and be gone for good. Our God is faithful and will never leave your side. I ask that He be more real than ever before and in Him may you find freedom from these debilitating episodes.
