Let me just say something:There is nothing wrong with stretching the arm left, right, bending and breathing, jumping, or whatever crazy move you may desire to expend the body. If stretches is all it is fine, but if stretches is all it is, why call it Yoga? For we are all familiar that Yoga and those related have not only origins but ARE of the eastern religious sect. They encourage 'fasting' before excerising, mind calming, and other things that will certainly open your spirit to divine things. I will never participate in anything even connected to that eastern filth.Wigglesworth said: "If I find my comfort in anything other than the Lord Jesus I open myself vulnerable." It is so entirely true. You said that it helps you with anxiety. Well I want to encourage you, sister, and other's, that Jesus can do better than that! He can release you from that anxiety so that you'll never have to touch an earthly remedy again, and he will too, if you believe it.Excerise is good. Do your stretches, but don't call it Yoga or whatever else. Call it 'bending my elbow' or 'touching my toes' and don't be fooled by fleecy old Satan and his deceiving crockery, because he wants to steal, kill, and destroy, and he knows how, and so do his demons that started that whole eastern cult.God bless, God heal you, heed this warning please. In Christ,-Eli
