The word gospel means a good message or good news. Many believe that the Gospel is only forgiveness of sins though as glorious as this is there is so much more that the Lord has done in His death, resurrection and life towards believers in Him. The Good News of our LORD Jesus Christ and what He has done includes but is not limited to the following elements:
Our names are written in heaven
Luk 10:20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.
Eternal salvation of our souls
Joh 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Forgiveness of our sins
Eph 1:7 In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Col 1:14 In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:
We are reconciled to God
2Co 5:18 And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; Rom 5:10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
Have become temples of the Holy Spirit
1Co 6:19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
Christ dwells within us by His Spirit,
He is our hope of glory Col 1:27 To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory:
The Holy Spirit will lead and guide us into all truth
1Jn 2:27 But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.
Spiritual power and spiritual gifts are available to us for our growth and transformation
1Co 12:7 But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. 1Co 12:8 For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit; 1Co 12:9 To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit; 1Co 12:10 To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues: 1Co 12:11 But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will.
Jesus has become our Righteousness
1Co 1:30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
Jesus has become our Wisdom

Jesus has become our Sanctification

Jesus has become our Redemption

Jesus is our Justification
Rom 4:25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.
We can be transformed and our minds renewed
Rom 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Christ is being formed in us
Gal 4:19 My little children, of whom I travail in birth again until Christ be formed in you,
We are set free in Christ Jesus
Joh 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Joh 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
We have power over all the power of the devil
Luk 10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
We have power over sin and need no longer be its slave
1Jn3:6Whosoever abideth in him sinneth not: whosoever sinneth hath not seen him, neither known him. 1Jn 5:18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. Rom 6:22 But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.
We can mature until we come to the full measure of the stature of the LORD Jesus Christ
Eph 4:13 Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:
Gospel of sonship, we are adopted as children of God
Rom 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. Rom 8:15 For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father. Rom 8:16 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
Joint heirs with Christ Jesus
Rom 8:17 And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
Seated with Christ in the heavenlies
Eph 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:
We can come boldly before the Throne of Grace
Heb 4:16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
We can come to a place of perfect fellowship with God
