The Christian Book Publishing Industry Is Corrupt but there are a few who are holding a Lamp

Brothers and Sisters,

I hope the subject title caught you. It is true sadly that many of the largest Christian Book publishers are corrupt in either being used by secular companies or but publishing mostly only works that will make a large profit. Thus godly Christian books that speak of sin, godliness, eternity and other subjects are not as sought after at all.

I will not be-labor this at all. But I posted this for a very positive reason. There are some very small but godly Christian book publishers that are doing a great work for the kingdom and keeping a standard. One such is: Kingsley Press: kingsleypress.com

One very positive way we can help a publisher like this is to not just purchase books from them but go on the site and write a few reviews for the books. I would encourage the brethren here to do so. Many of the books recommended by Tozer, Ravenhill and others can be found in their book selections.

Banner of Truth is also a good one, I believe it was co-founded by Martyn Lloyd-Jones. Lots and lots of wonderful puritan literature, plus more =)

the Goforth Kprean revival book looks very GOOD, I've never read, "Why Revival tarries", and I might get one more Len book.

lately at night, what I've been doing before sleep is to either listen to a Campbell or Ravenhill exhortation, prayerfully......and its such a GOOD way to hear Good Words, before sleep comes...so thank you Greg, and God bless you, neil.

I have an even rarier one...its paperback, and it just puts me on my knees regarding the NEXT Revival in Pyongyang....and It will happen, IN Jesus' Name.....many many precious souls swept into the Kingdom of God, who could ask for more? God bless you beloved one, neil

Founded in 1969 to publish, at reasonable cost, the best in current thinking on world mission, William Carey Library has especially sought to assist the work of the mission executive, the field missionary and his/her home church, and the student of world mission. In distribution, William Carey Library has sought to distribute at low cost not only its own books, but also selected mission resources from other publishers.
