Reading on revival - recommendations?

Over the last months I have been trying to give more of my time to the study of the history of revival. I am looking for recommendations from both Calvinist and Arminian perspectives (and anything in between). I have Leonard Ravenhill's books on the subject as well as Finney's lectures and J. Edwin Orr's 3 volume set. What else do you recommend? What would you recommend that would detail historic revivals?

I would love especially to find more books like The Ulster Awakening (by Weir), The Welsh Revival (by Phillips) and Channel of Revival (by Woolsey).
