My Son, give me your HEART and let your eyes keep to my ways.
Let Nothing of this world have your HEART
For where your treasure is, there your HEART will be also.
A persons heart, feeling, thinking, desires, values, will, and decisions is attracted to the things that are most important to him. If you treasure earthly things, then your heart will be enslaved to such things. If your relationship to him is your treasure, then your heart will be drawn to the things of his kingdom and your life will be directed toward heaven, waiting for the return of your Lord. What good will it be for a man if he gains the whole world, yet forfeits his soul ? Or what can a man give in exchange for his soul ? Proverbs 23:26 Matthew 16:26
