It has come to our attention that there are many, many people who know how Dodge Vipers work but they themselves do not have a Dodge Viper. In view of this, we are creating the exclusive Dodge Viper Club. Here are a few of the rules:
1) Having a Dodge Viper is all that matters. So long as you have one or at least claim to have one AND have a love for Dodge Vipers and the members of the Dodge Viper Club, you can join.
2) The condition of your Dodge Viper is unimportant. You don't have to have a Dodge Viper in even running condition to join. Other members should not try to offer mechanical help to those with non-working or damaged vipers. Knowing the Mechanics of a Dodge Viper and applying that knowledge is unimportant. You just have to say you love your Dodge Viper.
3) Whether or not there is actual evidence of you having a Dodge Viper is not important. What is important is that you say you have one and that you love it.
4) There are many who claim to know how Dodge Vipers work, but they do not have a Dodge Viper; therefore it is unimportant to know the mechanics behind your Dodge Viper. Do not bog us down with oil changes, correct fuels, tire changes, correct driving habits, or other meaningless jargon. Again, all that is important is that you love your Dodge Viper.
5) The Dodge Viper manual is important and loved, so long as it is not used for discovering or discussing the mechanics of a Dodge Viper.
6) It is also important to recognize there are a variety of colors of Dodge Vipers. Because of this, we cannot possibly hope to think that any of the components or how they work can be possibly known, even if the manual is clear about it.
7) Historically, there are many mechanics who knew about Dodge Vipers, but never worked on one. Therefore, any historical mechanics cannot be trusted. They don't love Dodge Vipers. They just cared about being right about mechanics.
8) Anyone who disagrees with these rules is not as wise as those who agree with them. Do not listen to them. The Engineer who designed the Dodge Viper and wrote the Manual does not care about the mechanics and neither should you.
