Dear Friends,I finally bought a CD-rewriter. What a blessed little machine. I have one problem which I hope to find a remedy for by eager help from you.How do I convert these files from a state in which they only open in Real Player to be played in an ordinary CD player in my car or in my living room? Hi LarsThis is a site that Greg collects sermons from and in which I have a fair bit of involvement. The webmaster, Grant Thomson, created this 'how to' pdf file which is very helpful. Give it a try...http://www.biblebased.co.uk/biblebased/pdfs/cdtransfer.pdfHis/YoursRon

How do I convert these files from a state in which they only open in Real Player to be played in an ordinary CD player in my car or in my living room? You have a few options;RealOne Player Plus will burn Real Audio files to CD - cost is ~$20.00 RealOne Player DownloadThere are several programs avaliable that will capture the streaming output of players such as RealPlayer and Windows Media Player and record them to WAV or MP3 files. You can then use the burning software that came with your CD-R to create the CD from those files. One of the better capture packages is Total Sound Recorder, the standard version is ~ $12.00. Total Sound Recorder DownloadThere is also a freeware product I have heard of called Streambox Ripper that will convert RealAudio files but I tend to stay away from freeware products myself. In Christ,Ron

Hi Lars,I have been using Nero for quite awhile and it's free. http://www.nero.com/en/631934351031098.htmlIt's not set up for Real Player files, but if you are looking to just burn sermons from here ("burn sermons"....that sounds funny..) it works quite well.If you go that route and I can be of any assistance let me know.Mike
