WhO's ThE QuEeN?

I've been recenlty drawn to the book of Neiemiah. It is a well of material on the fruits of repentance.I understand that in the Tankah, Ezra and Neh. are one book and even though in our Bibles, they are split, most people know that they are contemperaries. My question however is this, and maybe it's a dumb one, im not a scholar, but i am a student-->eager to learn--> Who is the Queen when Neh. comes before the queen?? is it Esther?? If anyone knows please let me know.

more than conquerers = The Champions? :-P

i did some digging and it would seem that Esther was grandmother to the king who sent Neh. to put another brick in the wall.
