Thanks for posting this, I haven't seen this interview before. There is a longer interview of Chuck Smith by Greg Laurie that is biographical in the spirit of "This Is Your Life". This was a service at Greg's church and begins with a 30 minute worship service. It is followed by an 8 minute introduction of Chuck Smith including historic photos of the Jesus movement period. The interview with Chuck is quite moving and funny at times. Must see video if you haven't already seen this.

In this interview Chuck says that if he were to preach his last sermon it would be on getting ready for the return of Jesus which is different than his answer in the original post video (John 3:16). Again, I want to stress how wonderful this interview is. I could not stop watching it. It is probably best to go directly to the beginning of the introduction/interview which is at the 30 minute mark on the video. Chuck comes onstage at around the 38 minute mark.

thanks greg for posting that ,I really enjoyed watching that , tho it seem like it was not the full interview it went for about 120 minutes ,, do you have any other recommended sermons by chuck on sermon index ,,I watched one or two a few years ago ,,but no doubt ill need to watch some more from chuck ,,,he had a warm spirit didn't he

Hi Greg,
Its nice to take time to reflect on his life and to mourn his passing even though we dont mourn like the world.Its also great that he could preach right up to the end.How important these great preachers have been,
