NM Court Says Gay Marriage Constitutional Because Gays Can Responsibly Procreate and Raise Children

Claiming that "same-gender couples are as capable of responsible procreation as are opposite-gender couples," the N.M. Supreme Court found on Thursday that gay marriage is legal under the New Mexico Constitution.

"We hold that the State of New Mexico is constitutionally required to allow same-gender couples to marry and must extend to them the rights, protections, and responsibilities that derive from civil marriage under New Mexico law," Justice Edward L. Chavez wrote for the N.M. Supreme Court.
The other four justices on the court concurred with the opinion. ...

I'm amazed at how fast these things are happening in the USA. It's like a free fall into hell. But as Allan said, it's not just the USA. It all over the world.

What we are seeing is the same agendas being enacted at almost exactly the same time. This cannot be a coincidence, it looks too much like a planned campaign agreed across all continents.

Procreate? You got to be kidding! Maybe they need to be given a lesson of the 'bees and birds'!! Or, at least let them live on a farm populated with animals, fowls...

Ok, so they will resort to a sperm bank to be fertilized...are they so dumb to realize the problems inherent in that? They do not track the donors - what will happen when you have two who wish to marry and they 'happen' to brother and sister? What kind of mess will you have in another generation?

So they think they are being liberated from such moral laws that stifle ones freedom! Right! When will these folks understand that doing things God's way saves one from all kinds of problems now and in the future? Makes one wonder how many of these folks are demons parading around as human beings? Or, is this concept too weird?

Yes, I am upset that these 'educated' folks are working to impose such stupidity upon the people...most southern rednecks knows better then they.
