Zechariah was filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke this prophecy: "Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, for he has looked favorably on his people and redeemed them." Luke 1:67-68
Father, we have done nothing to deserve the favor that you shower upon us. Even in our disobedience your forgiveness is always at hand. We are only redeemed through your love and grace. Amen.
