Problem my be PC issue as I found a related solution posted on Itunes.

Your media files are hosted on archive.org and you have the URLs beginning with https (encrypted connection). Though iTunes on a Mac can handle this the Store can't and presumably neither can Windows.
You need to change the feed to use the same URLs but preceded by http.

Brother to clarify are you saying that iTunes on windows cannot accept https?

It appears as SermonIndex.net Classics Podcast is the only podcast affected. I have other Podcast's that update with no problem. (Paul Washer, Times Square Church, Brook Hill's) When I attempt to download I receive "stopped(er = -2146893007)"
The info on previous post was the result of a little research on google on that error code. It appeared that another podcast had the same kind of issue that I had.
Thought it might make more sense to you as it was "Greek" to me.
