DEAD MAN'S COAT -matthew 3:12

Hi All
This Poem is about "chaff and wheat"It teaches about the Church revealed in the New but hidden in the Old.
The chaff being the old temple ritual with the new order Spirit lead worship.
It speaks of a time in the Christian's life when God takes away the useless things in your life and reveals the valuable. These useless things are not evil and for a great length of time these things were useful and served a great purpose but the time has come for a separation from the old dead things to reveal the new thing.

DEAD MAN'S COAT Matthew 3:12

That dead mans coat's great work was ended
When our great Messiah came
The relationship between God and Man finally mended
Replacing the temporary with something so splendid!

You took me from Meadow
To mill,to thresh with the Winnow
I lost my chaff, I lost my Chaff

The time of blood of goats n bulls is over
With that old garment now gone you reveal your precious disclosure
You scorched that old order with unquenchable heat
But in your storehouse you gathered the once veiled wheat.

You took me from Meadow,
To mill,to thresh' with the Winnow
I lost my Chaff,I lost my Chaff

Where the wind blew lightly...,lightly....lightly......
Thoroughly taking whats valuable from inside the dead and unsightly
Jerusalem Jerusalem ,Jerusalem built on the Threshing Floor

Matthew 3:12
"His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear His threshing floor; and He will gather His wheat into the barn, but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire."
