I would like to know all of your recommendations for biographies you have read of other Christians. I am especially interested in those of ages past but not to limit you in sharing.
Somehow, in my reading over the years I neglected this very biblical practice of reading the true life accounts of our forbears in the faith. I want to start now. I think I will find a biography of Bunyan or Tyndale to start. But, there are surely others.
I truly enjoy listening to Christian Classics when I can on BBN radio, a 15 minute daily reading of such biographies. But, I am no longer just interested in this. I think it is to be a help to particularly read of those who suffered persecution, rejection, ridicule and personal struggles as they matured into the heroes we now thank God for as examples.
