I don't think that brother Poonan is using good exegesis in this sermon.
He is referring to 'water' and 'thirst', but for some reason changes the symbolism of thirst to become a desire for the things of the world, whereas the scriptures say that thirsting and hungering are for righteousness which the Lord will fulfill when out of His mouth will pour forth living waters of life.
He quotes the verse which says that once we have our fill of these waters of life we will thirst no more, yet brother Poonan says that indeed we do when we start to desire the things of the world again which is a contradiction of the verse.
The Lord says we will not, meaning we will no longer thirst for righteousness because when we are baptised (immersed) in these waters, we are made righteous (so long as we are drinking of these waters of life).
Of course this does not match with brother Poonans theology so he has to change things around which makes me have less respect for his integrity as a Bible teacher.
