i watched with interest and was wowd at parelels taught in this and what wyatt said about finding the ark ,,he sounds like an honest believer ,,,but at the end started to not agree with some of the other interpratation about the temple and the annti christ,and keeping the sabbath that the host was talking about ,, i noticed that it was a voice over ,regargarding the host ,,,

i would be verry interest if some here could give me a prayer responce to this doctramentry ,,,,,,,at the end i noticed that it said this was not produced by any demnionation and can be freely given

Sorry to disappoint Gary, but Ron was notorious at claiming to find nearly every significant biblical artefact, but without any evidence. He is not trusted by those in the biblical archaeological field for good reasons.

Edit: BTW. He died in 1999 and was connected to the Seventh Day Adventists.

I agree with you Brothagary . Like you I find Ron to be a thoroughly sincere and honest Christian . Being a Seventh Day Adventist is no discredit to him

Of course being a SDA does not discredit him.

However most reputable bible believing evangelical Christians involved in archaeology and creation evidence discredit him.

Of course you can just believe him if you want, that's up to you, but sometimes we Christians can be the most naïve people.

Note how they are all major jaw dropping discoveries!! Surely he would be the most celebrated Archaeologist ever.

We have here in the British Museum in London and wealth of bible supporting archaeology that you can see for free. It's fantastic to see the evidence for the biblical accounts.

Yes I looked at all this stuff a few years ago. Just taking it on face value they seem convincing, but if anyone made a films like this they could seem 'kosher' until you hear another side. The first person to tell their story always sounds convincing until another witness is brought in.

My issue is that the burden of proof was with Ron Wyatt and he never provided any proof nor have any of his supporters since. Also why do nearly all the biblical research bodies, such as Answers in Genesis and the Garden Tomb reject his claims.

We cannot trust our own 'discernment' in things like this. At the end of the day, it does not matter. I for one would not (could not) promote his claims to anyone without evidence. It could make us look stupid.

We have the evidence for all of these 'events' taking place, in the bible which we do take by faith in that record with good reason. However we do not have to take by faith a man's claim of finding these things today. It is not necessary for me to have any other evidence, I already believe it is true. Of course if someone actually finds and produces certain archaeological discoveries (and there are many) then that is great and just confirms what we already believe.

i cant help but think of jesus and how the pharasiees more or less wanted jesus to prove it ,and give signs ,,, but jesus refused and even spoke in paraables so that hearing that may not here ,,jesus said that the mysters of the kingdom was only giver to certaint ones that we could say are elected ,,,and in time the revalation was givern to who god chosses ,,and we even read that a dulusion is given to others

maby if this is truely the ark that is given as a testamoney by prophecy as said ,,it may be that it is being revealed in gods time to whom he chosses ,,that would line up how god revels the gosple to people and nations ,,,so it may not be up to ron to give the proof when you or i or the world would demend or expect it

thats just a thought that came to me as i was thinking about jesus and the pharsise ,,, i wasnt planing to say that in the biginning of this reply
