Dear SI Family,
This is the first time I have asked prayer of a personal nature. If God lays it in your heart would you please keep me in your prayers.
Lord willing, I fly to Salt Lake City, UT tomorrow. This will be a ministry trip. While in SLC I hope to attend a VOM conference. Also to network with a group of believers called Christ Fellowship.This group has a vision to start house churches across northern Utah to reach the lost. I am hoping to see if there is an open door to minister with these brethren. I also hope to do some prayer walking and speak with people about their need for Jesus.
The main purpose purpose of the trip will be to see if there is a call to.minister the gospel in the SLC area on a more extended basis. Salt Lake City has less than 3 percent evangelical presence It us considerably less in the rest of Utah. Thus there is a need to minister the gospel. Not only to the Mormons but to a sizable homosexual population, Muslims, Buddhist, Hindus, athiest, etc. You name it, SLC has it
Brethren I wound covet your prayers. Lord willing, I expect to be out there around 11 days or so. I will try to post highlights of the trip in the forum here.
