The satanic nature of the true feminist movement

followthelamb Jun 17, 2014

Bearing in mind that we wrestle not against flesh and blood:

"Radical feminism has brainwashed our culture. It has brainwashed our culture to the degree that even the church has fallen victim to this. Church leaders, theologians, professors of theology who are supposed to be profound in the Scripture, as well as lay people in the church have bought the feminist lies....Marriage and the family, the primary building blocks of social and moral order, are in shambles in our country and the future is even worse than the present...

What the public sees is women who want to be free...we see it as a cry for equality in a society that is preoccupied with life and liberty and the pursuit of happiness; a cry for opportunity and privilege to use their abilities and their skills unhindered and unrestricted; and sometimes the rhetoric does sound reasonable. But the real agenda is not reasonable; it is frightening.

Let me help you to understand some of the philosophy that is behind this movement, by giving you some quotes from the recognized leaders of the feminist movement:

Gloria Steinem says, "By the year 2000 we will, I hope, raise our children to believe in human potential, not God.

Radical feminist leader Sheila Cronan, who is oft-quoted by the way, says this: "Since marriage constitutes slavery for women, it is clear that the women's movement must concentrate on attacking this institution. Freedom for women cannot be won without the abolition of marriage.”

The "Declaration of Feminism” goes back to November of 1971 when they laid out their agenda, and this is what it says: "The end of the institution of marriage is necessary for the liberation of women; therefore, it is important for us to encourage women to leave their husbands and not live individually with men. All of history must be rewritten in terms of oppression of women. We must go back to ancient female religions like witchcraft!” Mark that. "We must go back to ancient female religions like witchcraft!”

Anne Lori Gaylor writing an article called "Feminist Salvation” in the "Humanist” in 1988 says, "Let's forget about the mythical Jesus and look for encouragement, solace, and inspiration from real women. 2,000 years of patriarchal rule under the shadow of the cross ought to be enough to turn women towards the feminist salvation of the world.”

Dr. Mary Jo Bane, feminist, Assistant Professor of Education at Wellesley College, and the Associate Director of the school's Center for Research on Women, writes, "In order to raise children with equality we must take them away from families and communally raise them.”

And that well-known name, Margaret Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, writing an article called "Women in the New Race,” says this: "The most merciful thing a large family can do to one of its infant members is to kill it.”

We cannot think lightly about this agenda; we have to think deeply about it. The fact that you may feel in your heart some need to be free because you become victimized by the current agenda doesn't really mean that you really understand the agenda...some people might think that this is some kind of a 20th century phenomena, that this is some kind of a new thing connected to American democracy and egalitarianism. It is not. It is old. It is very, very old...it is Satanic--absolutely and utterly Satanic."

- John MacArthur

Thanks for sharing this, Brandi.

I find it ironical that since women have embraced this feminist philosophy sex trafficking has become an epidemic. Or, maybe, there is a correlation?

In any case, is it not ironical that all the philosophies that promise liberation viz divorce, lesbianism, motherhood sans a husband - you name it - have resulted in bondage of the worst sort? All of these work to destroy godly womanhood and who we are in God's kingdom and how we are to serve there. Even if one repents after being heavily involved in these perversions, there will be scars. And they think we are in bondage?? Hhhheeellloooo!

Glad some men are speaking out on it. Hope more will take a rigid stand on it. These are not issues in which compromise can even be considered.

Our county is 80% black. Most of these have embraced single motherhood and live on handouts by the gov. Many are religious but not godly. My black neighbors lament the state of the black community: drug abuse, animal abuse, child abuse; men abdicating their responsibility in the home and community; schools are in disarray; children are taught by moms to go to the school to make a scene to evoke a harsh reaction so they can sue the teachers; lawsuits are rife- you create an accident and then sue the person who hits you... Yes, the black community here is in complete disarray - they are a mere generation from where the white community will be in 20 years. And then what will we have? I suggest the LORD will have to return OR our country will have to be taken over by a dictator to force people to work, listen and obey. Unless a revival occurs but I do not see that happening as long as people have their physical needs supplied without earning them.

I am pessimistic, sorry.

Do you have some statistics to back up your racist rant please?

sermonindex Jun 19, 2014

Of those on welfare, 33.3% are black, 31.2% are white, and 28.8% are Hispanic.

Let us please keep the discussion on the topic of feminism as the first post. Of course there are demographtics in each area where there are different people groups and language groups that are more contributors to various problems but as the stat above shows it is a problem with ALL.

When women remove themselves from their intended position it brings forth a curse - which can be seen with Eve in the garden of Eden. However, the ramifications of her sin was limited to herself and her children.

It was Adams refusal to take his intended position by hearkening to the voice of his wife, rather than obeying God, that brought forth the curse upon the land. (see Genesis 3)

That being said, John Mac Arthur is correct:

We cannot think lightly about this agenda; we have to think deeply about it. The fact that you may feel in your heart some need to be free because you become victimized by the current agenda doesn't really mean that you really understand the agenda...some people might think that this is some kind of a 20th century phenomena, that this is some kind of a new thing connected to American democracy and egalitarianism. "Feminism" is not freedom. It is bondage.

Today I found myself wondering what would have happened if Eve had turned down the snake, while Adam went ahead and partook of the forbidden fruit on his own volition.

Its interesting the effects feminism have had on both men and woman in and out of the church system. I have experienced some of those effects personally as I have repented of my own sinful attitudes that I held when younger.

I have also found it very interesting, how many "religious" men/woman have used feminism as a way to control female members of their churches. There is freedom in CHRIST, freedom to love others, to care for others, and to be a servant to others. Although being a servant doesn't mean being a "slave" as some "religious" circles teach, it does mean loving, and caring for another and doing all things with joy in our heart unto the LORD.

There are men who I have seen who teach something other then freedom in CHRIST, they see woman as inferior to themselves instead of as the helpmate they were created to be. Its sad to see that kind of abuse going on as well.

Its sad to see how the enemy can use one simple idea like "equality" in two very destructive and negatives ways. In both cases, I think control is at the heart of this sin. The feminist wants control of her own life, she wants to call the shots and do it all her way. The "religious man" wants control of his wife/daughters, he wants to call the shots and do it all his way. Both miss the mark, which is about surrendering to JESUS in all things and letting HIM be LORD of your life. True freedom in CHRIST is realizing we have no control because we have surrender our lives to HIM!!

Thanks for sharing this here with us.

God bless

And there are some men that will not let their women help them, which cuts off the blessing of fulfilling their God given role - both for the man, and the woman.

OBSERVATION:

Here we have a thread on feminism and all but one reply are from females. And they're already preparing to let their arrows fly at the men to tell them what they've done wrong.

NOTEWORTHY INDEED!

Now I must go and retrieve my shield.

All praise be to the God and Father of our LORD Jesus His Son. Amen.

Well savannah, if it makes you feel any better, I was just going to post something about what my friend said the other day. She made a comment that things would go much better at her house if only her husband would follow her lead. I told her to quit trying. Men are not designed to follow women.

Additionally I have found that men find it difficult to receive correction from women - and as such it is much more effective to talk directly to the LORD and let Him make the correction - if He sees fit to do it.

Quote from HeartSong(I do not know her name but I do know HeartSong is a her of course):

"Additionally I have found that men find it difficult to receive correction from women - and as such it is much more effective to talk directly to the LORD and let Him make the correction - if He sees fit to do it."

The reason you have found that men find it difficult to receive correction from women is that women are not called to correct men.

You've also implied that you've attempted this yourself and found it to be of no avail.

Yes, God will do it if and when He sees fit!

That said, I am not at all ignorant of the fact that men are proud by nature. So, primarily it is due to the pride of men that correction is not well received on many occasions, whoever the correction may be coming from, be it from a man a woman or a child.

Studying the Word will confirm ALL of what I have said.

Re: feeling better?

I do apologize savannah, that was a poor choice of words on my part.

God bless you.

Founder of NOW, Betty Friedan said,

"We can no longer ignore that voice within women that says: 'I want something more than my husband and my children and my home."
