The next civil rights front

Watching David Boies on Bloomberg with Ted Olson and Charlie Rose. Boies says education is, after gay marriage, the "next civil rights battle". Meaning, I suppose, that Christianity is about to be Federally escorted out of education to the extent that teaching Christ will be illegal. (?)
