"EAGERLY WAITING"
"For unto us a Child is born,
"Unto us a Son is given;
And the government will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called
Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of His government and peace
There will be no end,
Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom,
To order it and establish it with judgment and justice
From that time forward, even forever.
The zeal of the Lord of hosts WILL PERFORM THIS."(my emphasis) (Isaiah.9:6-7)
"For unto us a Child is born,
Unto us a Son is given."
That part of this prophecy has been fulfilled,then why should there be any doubt that the remainder of this prophecy won't be fulfilled?
"The wolf also shall dwell with the lamb,
The leopard shall lie down with the young goat,
The calf and the young lion and the fatling together;
And a little child shall lead them.
The cow and the bear shall graze;
Their young ones shall lie down together;
And the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
The nursing child shall play by the cobra’s hole,
And the weaned child shall put his hand in the viper’s den.
They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain,
For the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord
As the waters cover the sea." (Isaiah.11:6-9)
"For the earnest expectation of the creation EAGERLY WAITS (my emphasis) for the revealing of the sons of God.For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope;because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now.Not only that, but we also who have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, EAGERLY WAITING (my emphasis) for the adoption, the redemption of our body.(Romans 8:19-23)
"EAGERLY WAITING" Yes even we that are saved,indwelt of God the Spirit groan within ourselves through the struggles of this life in a cursed creation that longs to be delivered.The deceit of this world system with it's empty and broken promises and the mistakes we make from day to day by putting our trust too much in it's deceptive promises cannot even come close to satisfying these groans within us.But within these groans we can have contentment,because of the hope embedded in us and through Christ our strength.
"Not that I speak in regard to need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content"(Philippians 4:11)
"In whatever state I am,to be content"Only in Christ can we make those statements as we learn and grow in Him and having the hope embedded in us of our future with Him.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."(Philippians 4:13)
Our strength now through these struggles and our mistakes as we long for this promised deliverance,the redemption of our bodies,the revealing of the sons of God,the deliverance of this creation from the curse and our Savior ruling.
Yes this time is coming and it could be just a catching away of the Church and 7 short years away.The stage is being set,movement behind the curtain,the characters taking their places and the drama of that last 7 years of Satan ruling this earth could be about to begin.Then after that the revealing of the sons of God,the curse lifted on the earth and Christ ruling this earth from the throne of David.
"Perhaps Today" Christ will come for His Church.
"For our citizenship is in heaven, from which we also EAGERLY WAIT (my emphasis) for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ,who will transform our lowly body that it may be conformed to His glorious body, according to the working by which He is able even to subdue all things to Himself."(Philippians 3:20-21)
"EAGERLY WAITING" for that first glimpse of His face.
