ISIS overtakes Iraq's largest Christian city

While the world is focusing on Gaza and critizicing Israel for alleged war crimes, the slaughter of Christians and other minorities in Iraq and Syria continues. Not every news agency is reporting as much about this as CNN. "Why not?" would be a good question. When in our life times have we ever seen such open, wide spread and deadly persecution of Christians, with so many having to flee for their lives? My heart just aches for these poor people. No matter how many of them are true followers of Jesus, this looks to me like Satan himself is trying to devour anything associated with Christ, and isn't even trying to cover it up anymore.
