Good evening everyone.

Testimonies increase our Faith, and give someone hope that God brought you through it, He can bring me through it. In hopes of enouraging the Brethren I made this thread. If you are going to through a battle or trial, then please post and give Glory to God. There is power in Our Testimonies.

I would like to start by thanking God for His mercy, and for sending His only Begotten Son, Christ Jesus to die that we might have life and have it more abundantly. I thank God for raising His Son up on the 3rd day and for saving my soul. For filling me with the Holy Ghost and for setting me free from the sin that had me bound. I am thankful that I can honestly say that I am not who I was but I am a new creature in Christ.

My testimony is that God has brought me through a broken marriage into a place of amazing blessing and love. My wife is still not saved but I can testify to God's goodness and a love that He has given me for my wife that I never had before. I used to pray, "Lord, change her!" Now I just pray, "Lord change me!" Our marriage has never been stronger.

Praise the Lord for a great thread topic, and a big Amen to both! God is good all the time, He is faithful all the time, even when I have struggled with doubts, fear, and questions He has remained constant in my life and for that I am eternally grateful.

I love to hear testimonies of how God heals, restores, and reconciles broken marriages. Since being saved in 1988, my greatest trial was when my marriage ended in divorce after 10 years of marriage and God brought my wife and I back together and we remarried back in 2006. Life has never been the same and our love for one another has been blessed and given by God.

Like you Ron, my wife is still not saved yet either but I am standing on the promises of God for her salvation and when God spoke His will to me about our restoration before she even divorced me, He also said she would one day be saved.

We will be celebrating our 30 year anniversary on September 15th which includes the 7 year interruption, and to God be the glory.

Be of good hope. If you serve.God whole heartedly and faithfully God will save your wives.

1 Peter 3:1 KJV
Likewise, ye wives, be in subjection to your own husbands; that, if any obey not the word, they also may without the word be won by the conversation of the wives;

For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.

They can be won through your conversation and lifestyle.

I wanted to follow up on this and add another Testimony. A sister in our church has been experiencing pain and severe disorientation. She has been hurting in her body that when she tried to bend over or even turn her head she would get nauseous and almost pass out.

Tonight, she came up front, and we prayed for her. We did just what the Bible said to do. We anointed the sick persons head with oil, called for the elders of the church and prayed the prayer of faith over her, believing that the prayer of faith would save the sick(that's James 5).

We prayed, she received. God miraculously healed her, she received a miracle! She is able to move her head, she can move freely without any pain or nausea. I want to give God praise.

The Bible says Jesus is the same, yesterday, and today, and forever. The miracles and healings He performed in the Bible He can perform for us today if we get In condition to ask and receive. Love you all, Glory!

I have been greatly encouraged by this promise;

I'd like to share another testimony. The past couple of days my debit card has been placed on lockdown by the bank. I found out today that the database of my bank had been hacked into and many people's personal information had been compromised. My card number was on the list, thankfully nothing had been stolen or taken out. I praise God for that.

The Whole Bible is good and I love all the Scripture but promise wise these verses are precious.

Praise God, turely encouraged to hear this. We need such threads where we see the practical side of God's work and Christianity. Sadly many posters here are only interested in theology, many frequent posters avoid such thread, for them practical christianity is BORING.

God is taking me to the same path as you my brother. As I grow stronger in the Lord I started looking at my partners shortcomings and got discouraged. But God is teaching me that we both are her students, one student cannot look down on another student of the same teacher.

It's been a while since I posted a testimony, but God has been so good.

I want to thank God for a miracle he performed today. A couple days ago a man in the church had a 7 year old boy that was feeling sick. They took him to the local hospital where they administered him 3 shots. Whatever they gave him did not help, but on the contrary made him grow worse. His kidneys completely shut down, he could not go to the restrooms. Afterward, his organs shut down. The man called us and asked us all to pray. We prayed for him, by his stripes we were healed.

Today the pastor called the man and he had some amazing news. The boys organs were functioning and his kidneys were working. He had woken up and was 100% better. God completely healed him. The bible says He is the Lord, he changes not. I thank God for this miracle and that His Word never turns back void.

O give thanks unto the Lord ; call upon his name: make known his deeds among the people.

I want to praise God and make his deeds known. God has truly delivered us. Without getting into details, I want to give glory to God for what He has done.

The devil has been after us. For the past 5 years we have had a neighbor that hasn't been so easy to get along with. He has trespasses on our land, harassed my family. Even shot past my brother one day. He has stolen things from us, amongst other things. All the while, we have prayed and sought God for this man soul and shined the light of Christ to him.

About a month ago we received a court order, the man was trying to sue us for a very large sum of money. Yesterday was the court date, after hearing both sides the judge promptly threwthe case out as the man had no proof to back his claims.

Praise the Lord. I want to give God some praise! Our church has broke out in revival and the Lord has been confirming the word with signs and wonders. Sunday night, we had a sister in our church receive the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues.

There was a prayer request for a brother up north that has problems with his sugar. He has diabetes and starting having some trouble. He woke up one morning blind in one eye and having problems in his body. We prayed the prayer of faith and God miraculously HEALED HIM AND HE CAN SEE AGAIN!

Pray for us, God is doing great things amongst His people! Seek Ye the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Isaiah 55.

To Bro. Greg and all moderators, if it was wrong of me to revive this thread after no posts in it for a couple weeks, I do apologize and will make a new thread if needed. But, I have to praise God for what happened in church today.

Lately, we have had a lot of opposition come our way. People were getting sick, others were close to giving up. But the Bible says that God us faifthful who will not suffer you to be tempted above that Ye are able. 1 Corinthians 10:13.

The church decided to go on a fast. We fasted for several days, and the men got together and held several all night prayer meetings at the church.

This morning during service we had a teenage boy get saved and give his heart to God along with a young adult female. The altars were filled with people weeping and crying out to God.

We had a baptism after church where 12 people were Baptized in the lake. During tonights service the power of God descended in a mighty way. A young woman that had backslid on God and had been invited to church many times came tonight. She was convicted of her sins and she heeded the call and repented of her sins.

An elderly couple also rededicated their lives unto the Lord. I want to praise God and thank Him for what He is doing in out church.

This is what we need, an earnest seeking of God in prayer and fasting. "This kind goeth not out but by prayer and fasting", this speaks of a depth of seeking God, of vigilance and diligence, whole-heartedness. It's much more than just fasting and praying, it's coming to God in earnest, absolute surrender to his purpose and will. I'm not gonna say it can't be done. For His glory, for the love of God and others.

Hey guys, I've got another testimony that I would like to share. God has been so good. My grandfather has been having some serious heart problems. For over 30 years he was a drug lord and although he had been miraculously saved and delivered he still suffererd from past decisions. He has fought and been delivered from cancer and other illnesses. But lately had had some heart problems. That caused him a lot of pain. We all began to pray and intercede for him.

Today he went to the heart specialist and after having several tests run on him he was told that his heart had begun to heal itself.

I praise God that His Word will never turn back void. He is still a healer. He changes not, the Lord is the same yesterday and today and forever.

Good morning all, hope everyone woke up with the intention and desire to draw nigh unto God today. The Lord has been so good, and has blessed our church in such a mighty way, I can't keep from telling about it.

The next time someone tells you that Pentecost was only for the church of bible times, and things don't happen like that in our day and hour, rebuke them in Jesus name. He said He is the same yesterday, today, and forever, He changes not. The miracles that we read about are obtainable to us today if we have faith and are in right condition to receive them.

Last night was our testimony/healing service. We have prayed many nights and hours and fasted many meals for last night. We started off with several people testifying how God had healed them from breast cancer, broken bones, tumors, etc.

Then the Holy Ghost spoke and said if there is anyone here needing
Healing to lay on the altar and let God do surgery on them.

The ladies gathered around the ladies, and the men around the men. The Bible said let all things be done decently and in order.

The presence of God was so powerful, when I laid on the altar all I could do was weep. The Holy Ghost fell I felt fire within and without, every pain in my back ceased, and is still gone today.

The presence of God manifested in such a way, the children were crying out to God.

Our brother who had cancer, received His healing!

To tell about it, or hear about it is one thing. To experience it for yourself is another.

I thank God that He is on the throne, and that He has blessed us in such a mighty way.
