...Throughout the world there is an underlying spiritual war happening. Paul said in Romans 8 that the very creation is a slave to corruption, it is in chains. Not just people, but things!, are hostage to the sinfulness of the world and the way it is ordered.As slaves in Egypt, God heard the cries of Israel. Creation is crying out from slavery, too. Everyone and everything is enslaved and is, in one way or another, crying for God to break the chains. In Romans 8:21, Paul said that creation WILL be set free from this bondage to corruption.
"For we know that the whole creation groans and suffers the pains of childbirth together until now. And not only this, but we also ourselves, having the first fruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting eagerly for our adoption as sons, the redemption of our body...”. Romans 8:22, 23.
Our deliverance is being birthed, forced through. WE are being forced through. We are being pushed in spirit. There is a weight, a pressure that we are not accustomed to. It seems like a burden, but it is a birthing to deliverance for those who believe.
We need to take this to heart because in the times that are on us and in the time to come, we may believe that we should just leave the faith and the fold. ...
