Hey guys my family needs prayer right now, their is a lot of fighting going on at my house between my brother Brad and mom and dad because of my brothers drug problems and court issues and financial issues. Can you please pray the Lord with bring peace to this situation and save my family souls and bring them to repentance. Please pray for my moms deliverance from alcohol too.
John, I understand your desire for a peaceful household, but it will never happen unless all repent and work to live for the LORD.
I do wonder how you can live in an environment like this and not be impacted by it? I would fear for your own well-being. If there is a drug user in your household what makes you feel certain he will not set you up - unknowingly - and you get arrested for possession? And this is just one aspect...how about all the negative emotions you have to deal with because of the fighting? You cannot make ungodly people peaceful because of the war that rages in their hearts.
Sounds to me like this is a situation where it would be wise for you to move out. My opinion and I do have them, you know...

thanks guys. I had been thinking about moving out because my wife and i have been influenced by some of the stuff they watch and other things too. My wife and i worry so much about my mom because her relationship with my dad is not that good and she is very lonely and we wanted to be their for her. But, i think it has not worked in our favor completely, nobody has come to know the Lord and if anything for the most part they have drifted further away.
