Hebrews 11 by Manley Beasley

I was blessed by this message. The only thing is I don't know how to hear from God in the way that this man testifies to, and I hear others report. As in I fasted and prayed much about my daughter marrying someone I really felt was wrong for her. I honestly to the depths of my being believed that I had heard from God. She married him anyway. I had asked God to stop it, believing that He had told me with certainty that this was not the young man for her. I know God's ways are higher. I know His will may differ from my will. I don't know how to hear from God with certainty the way is explained here. This is a major example and recent, but I have had other such experiences. I get his main point, that we are to find out what God is doing and join Him in it....Just not quite sure how to do that....
