I have heard of "chosen generation" and "chosen people" but this is the first time I ever heard of "chosen race".

I checked and that phrase is actually in several bible versions.

Since Jew and Gentile are in Christ as one new creation, it must mean "heavenly race", for in Christ there is no longer any distinction, spiritually speaking of earthly race.
